Every project shares one design principle: make it accessible.

    30 Under 30 Changemaker

We've teamed up with global changemakers

Our work is built on collaboration โ€” connecting grassroots communities with international platforms for maximum, lasting impact.

๐Ÿค

Empowering Local Communities

We partner with grassroots organisations to deliver sustainability solutions that are tailored to each community's specific needs โ€” from clothing redistribution to composting education to micro-garden programmes. Proximity matters. We design for the people we work with, not at them.

๐ŸŒ

Amplifying Global Advocacy

At the international level, we collaborate with advocacy platforms to shape climate policy and influence global agendas. From COP30 pre-conferences to SDG-focused initiatives, Planet Plate ensures that underrepresented voices โ€” especially from the Caribbean and the Global South โ€” are heard in rooms that matter.

The App

The movement starts at home.

Our household app turns everyday grocery decisions into climate action โ€” one less wasted meal at a time.
